How does Pay by Bank work?

Pay by Bank uses a secure login powered by Fiserv to connect your bank account without storing any of your personal bank information. Once connected, you can select Pay by Bank at checkout and earn 500 MARTIN'S Choice Rewards® points on your first purchase** and 2x points on every other purchase*.

Select your bank, log in using your bank information, and choose which account you’d like to use for payment. You won’t need to enter any bank account or routing numbers — all bank information will be securely handled by our payment partner, Fiserv.

How will my data be used?

With Pay by Bank, your data is tokenized and encrypted at every step of the process. Fiserv works with your bank in real time to authenticate payments, ensuring each transaction remains private and secure.

Fiserv only uses the information you provide to enroll and process your payments securely. Fiserv does not have access to your bank account login information.

How do I report fraudulent purchases?

If you believe a purchase has been made in error or without your permission, please call Fiserv’s TeleCheck Services, Inc. at (800) 398-9089 as soon as possible. You should also notify your bank as soon as possible.

Can I remove my bank account?

Yes, you can remove your bank account at any time by visiting your account settings on our website or mobile app.
